On 16^th April, the privately-owned hotel property and management company HVMG, headquartered in Atlanta, together with Investra Capital Group Co., Ltd., announced the completion of a joint venture acquisition of 12 hotel portfolios, including the Marriott and Hyatt brand hotels in Southwestern, Southeast and Mid East United States, with a total of 1465 guest rooms. HVMG will be responsible for operating the entire portfolios.

Investra Capital is a private equity and asset management company. Its CEO Mobeen Jassat said: “HVMG is experienced or an expert  in asset value maximization, acquisition and operation. And we believe HVMG will be an ideal manager, who can help quickly improve the company’s performance."
